    About the Role

    As the frontline leader of our new product sales, you will be responsible for:

    • Develop product & strategy understanding with the founder / advisory team
    • On ground strategy experience and process creation for new members
    • Leading a team of approx. 6 people towards organizational goals with growth
    • Strategizing and monitoring, pitch, visits and progress on organizational reviews
    • Ensuring adequate staffing for the meeting schedules and plan adherence
    • Development of your teams skills as and when needed and providing training to ensure they are successful in their role
    • Managing budgets, targets, expenses & compensation including reward and reporting
    • Managing inventory and pilferage of organization assets or business secrets
    • Performance management and evaluation for team as the reporting structure is established
    • Gathering doctors / clinicians product feedback and building long term relationships
    • Being a brand ambassador, bolstering its image in all forms of use including personal

    To be successful in the role, you will need:

    • Deep knowledge & understanding of oral care science & products, market trends and patient preferences
    • Understanding doctor choices, preferences and views on industry as a whole
    • Understanding on medical and Pharma products
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, fun environment
    • Strong growth focus proven by exceeding organizational goals
    • A ‘passion for customer delight’ visible in your personal presentation and knowledge about current trends
    • Pleasing personality coupled with great com skills exceptionally strong convincing abilities
    • Proficiency with computers
